Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tokri service. Tokri is operated by Tokri Ltd ("Tokri", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you are entering into an agreement with Tokri Ltd.
1. Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by Tokri Ltd, trading as "Tokri". You are contracting with Tokri Ltd. You can reach us at sabbirhossainnde@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By registering for an account, subscribing to a plan, or continuing to use the service you confirm that you accept these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.
3. The service
Tokri is a software service that lets restaurants, cafes and food courts build a digital menu, generate table QR codes, receive dine-in orders, and view related analytics. Design packages, when purchased, are one-off professional services delivered by our team.
4. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use and misuse
You must not:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of food, consumer or tax law;
- use it for fraud, spam, or misleading pricing or product claims;
- upload content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including malware, probing, penetration testing without consent, automated scraping, or circumventing rate limits or plan limits;
- resell, redistribute or sublicense the service, or reverse engineer it.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the menu content, photos, prices and branding you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service (for example rendering your public menu). You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, and for the accuracy of prices, allergen and ingredient information shown to your customers.
7. Intellectual property
Tokri Ltd retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation and the Tokri name and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected, for the duration of your subscription.
8. Availability and service level
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party outages, and factors outside our control can affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Payment, subscriptions and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing frequency, renewal, plan changes, tax handling, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled. Plan changes take effect as described at checkout, with proration applied where applicable.
10. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for our 30-day money-back guarantee and how to request a refund.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access where there is:
- a material breach of these terms;
- non-payment of fees due;
- a security or fraud risk to us, to you, or to other customers;
- repeated or serious violation of our acceptable use rules.
Where practical and lawful we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first. You may cancel at any time. When your subscription ends, your public menus stop being served and you may request an export of your menu data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
14. Changes to the service or these terms
We may update the service and these terms. Where changes are material we will give reasonable notice by email or in the app. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
15. General
You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tokri Ltd is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. Please contact us first at sabbirhossainnde@gmail.com so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
